The School's Student Care Services Centre provides both learning support and counselling services. The Centre helps students accept and understand their difficulties and works to equip them with skills and strategies to overcome and deal with them in effective ways. Parents play an important role by discussing their child’s specific situations with the team at the Centre and providing support at home, so that their child can make optimum progress in his/her studies and development.

The learning support offered by the Centre includes classroom support, accommodations as per the criteria of the respective Boards, group academic support and individual support through individualised education plans. The team works to ensure that students receive appropriate developmental assistance and coordinates with teachers to provide supportive classroom activities that relate to students’ educational and personal needs. They also consult with teachers and the Heads about issues and concerns involving students, as needed or as requested.

Similarly, the varied counselling services provided include working with students in groups to facilitate their wholesome development and effective adjustment in school; identifying educational needs by assessment through standardised tests and extending the facility of responsive counselling to help students tackle their individual problems.
