Republic Day

Every year the school celebrates 26 January 2006 as Repubic day. This year too, the staff and the children of the school celebrated Republic day. The staff teaching and non-teaching met early in the morning to raise the national flag. Thereafter Col. Singh felicitated some of the support staff for their dedicated services to the school through the year.

Std. III B put up a lovely assembly and sought to teach us why we celebrated Republic day and the difference between Independence day and Republic day. The children also told us about our constitution and the rights given to us by our constitution. They explained that if we want to enjoy our rights, we have to fulfill our duties and responsibilities.
