At Dhirubhai Ambani International School, classes LKG to VII and ICSE VIII to X follow an academic calendar of March to March.

The IGCSE Programme (VIII to X) and the IB Diploma Programme (XI & XII) follow an academic calendar of July to June; however, the ICSE and IGCSE class VIII will begin from the fourth week of April.

The summer vacation for the School will typically be from mid-June to fourth week of July. The whole School will have a 10-day (approx.) Diwali vacation and a fortnight (approx.) Christmas vacation.

The Academic Year 2012-13 will commence for various classes as below:
